Ichiran ramen at 3am — the solo-booth experience

Shibuya

Tonkotsu, custom noodle firmness, custom spice level, private booth. Around ¥1000. Yes it's a chain, and yes late-night Shibuya is when it makes the most sense.

The paper order sheet + booth setup is a fun format the first time.

Ask for firmer noodles (katame) if you don't like softer ramen.

Katame + soft-boiled egg is my usual.
